Our service-area list is for enquiries about ordinary private, voluntary mediation. Each engagement depends on the dispute, participants’ locations, suitability and confirmation of the applicable requirements.
Family mediation
Enquiries from Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Nunavut.
Civil and workplace mediation
Enquiries from Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Nunavut.
Parenting coordination
A proposed Alberta service, currently in development. Parenting coordination appointments and binding determinations are not yet available.
Arbitration coming soon
Details of our future arbitration service will be announced before appointments open. No arbitration appointments are currently available.
Other locations and processes
Family mediation in British Columbia and Quebec, and services in Saskatchewan, are outside our current offering. Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon and the Northwest Territories remain outside the advertised service areas while their applicable requirements are confirmed.
